| INTERIOR
- Surfaces to be sanded to remove loose paint and washed
with TSP. Cracks to be repaired with fiberglass tape and
spackled. Joints to be caulked, holes to be puttied. Stain-lock
sealer to be applied as needed. Furniture, floors and
household items to be protected with masking tape, paper
plastic covers and drop clothes as needed. |
| EXTERIOR
- Surfaces to be scraped and sanded to remove loose paint,
mildew to be removed with bleach solution. Joints to be
caulked, holes to be puttied, loose boards to be nailed,
larger surface irregularities to be smoothed out with
“Bondo”. Cracks in stucco to be patched with
Stucco Patch or Elastomeric Patch. Surfaces to be sealed
for waterproofing. Loose or cracked window glazing to
be replaced. Rusted spots to be sanded and treated with
anti-rust solution and primer. All windows to be cleaned
and washed after final coat of paint. All adjacent areas
to be covered with drop clothes. Preparation areas to
be protected with mesh netting, windows to be covered
with plastic sheets as needed. |

| Powerwashing
- High pressure house washing as a preparation before
exterior painting or as a separate service when the painting
is not needed. It successfully removes mildew and dirt,
so your house may look like newly painted. |
| Waterproofing
- In a process of preparation we seal all the surfaces
with proper sealants to provide waterproofing protection.
As a separate service you can also choose Elastomeric
Paint or other professional waterproofing coatings, or
order installation of metal flashing where needed. |
| All Repairs
- We do all surface repairs and cooperate with carpenter,
floor contractor and other tradesmen to provide you with
full repair service. |
